Satchidananda Ashram-Yogaville
Yesterday I went on a day trip with some of my new friends from Atma Bodha Yoga to check out the Satchidananda Ashram (Yogaville) in Charlottesville, VA. It was really nice to be in a place where there is a respect for tradition, practice, and prayer.
Their website is www.yogaville.org. I recommend anyone interested in the tradition of yoga to visit Yogaville.
