Sunday: A day of rest and reflection
Sitting, reading, watching the smoke flow from my coconut incense
Reflecting on things that are really important. My dad always says three things: God. Family. Work.
My days consist of working, prayer, family, with a slight chance of fun with friends on the weekend. Sometimes I think that my life looks a lot different today, but when I think back to even my school days or Kripalu days, my life has always been structured around these three significant things. God, Family, Work.

What is important now to remember is pouring my love into all actions of life and knowing that this is it. This may be all I have. So make the most of it, smile, give thanks, and love without condition.
I'm being a very bad book clubber. I've read more than 50 pages. We need to discuss soon. This was a wonderful choice and I think I'm going to get a lot out of this by hearing what you think. I want to know what is inside your mind!
